REACH AND SQUEEZE | WORKS BACK, OBLIQUES & BUTT. lift up into a side plank position and make sure your elbow is in line with your shoulder. take the dumbbell over your head. at the same time you’re lifting up one of your legs and bringing that dumbbell down. do 12 reps, repeat on opposite side.

To the lovely glitterherpes who wanted to know what exercises i do! This is what i do for my belly! Im doing it every other/third day, and i do yoga every day! Plus that i am working outside in the garden for an hour or two everyday with things like digging and raking so i guess that burns some fat off of my belly as well!
Anyhow, this video is greeeaaat! I really recommend it!
